Course Schedule

 

We currently provide one class.  That class typically runs monthly, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 0530-0630 (that's AM). This is early for most people, but it allows you to get in a great workout and still get to work on time, whether you work in the home or away from it.

If there is already a class in progress and you would like to jump in, please contact us to get approval.

If you have a group that has special training needs, we can provide various training modifications to suit your needs.  For military and law enforcement personnel, we can adapt the training to focus on tactical strength and conditioning.
